Payments are collected at time of purchase and re-occurring on the same day of the following months until cancelled.

 

Kit Deliveries

Kits are shipped within the first 7 business days of purchase and then monthly on that same date.

 

Cancel/Pause

We'd hate to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel or pause your subscription, email us at Info@MyHelloFamily.com.

 

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your Hello Family kit, you can send it back for a full refund.
