Payments are collected at time of purchase and re-occurring on the same day of the following months until cancelled.

 

Kit Deliveries

Kits are shipped within the first 7 business days of purchase and then monthly on that same date.

We'd hate to see you go, but if you ever need to cancel or pause your subscription, email us at Info@MyHelloFamily.com.

 

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your Hello Family kit, you can send it back for a full refund.

Each Kit is An Adventure

Every kit has a beginning, middle, and end, with it's own unique theme. The instructions teach you as you go so no more long set-up times or extensive directions to read. Just gather your family together, open the box, and start making memories.

What's Inside a Hello Family Kit?

  • Each kit can accommodate big and small families but is best suited for 2-6 participants.

  • Everything you need to complete each activity comes in the box already.

  • The instructions teach you as you go, so you can open the box and jump right into the fun.

  • We want to help build the platform for your family to make long lasting memories. Checkpoints are set up throughout the experience to take pictures to help remember these moments. We call it "FamCam Time".

  • 6 Year-olds and above will have a blast. With a little extra help from the parent or guardian, the little ones can join in the fun too. Plus, each kit comes with advanced activities for the older kids so everyone is having fun together.

  • Each kit can be completed in 45-60 minutes depending on how many participants. But if you’re having fun, it’s okay to keep playing.
