Payments are collected at time of purchase and re-occurring on the same day of the following months until cancelled.

Kit Deliveries

Kits are shipped on the first of the month and delivered every other month.

Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your Hello Family kit, you can send it back for a full refund.
